agility-, coordination- & balance training
One of our basic motor skills is mobility, which plays an important role in our training. However, if we lack mobility, the body tries to compensate for this, which often leads to pain in other areas, for example, back pain. Through various techniques, we provide an optimal mobility restore and keep it this way. The area coordination and balance training we summarize as proprioceptive training. Here we increase the neuromuscular control by training on unstable surfaces, which trains the awareness of one's body and the responsiveness improves. This increases functional joint stability and represents active injury prevention. That means you will not sprain your angle when running or playing tennis as much and you will also be safer on your skis.
