Nutrition plays a key role in my training concept and the cooperation between my clients and me. Only if we create a balance of exercise and a balanced, healthy diet, we can be assured that we will optimally achieve your goals. Together with you, we analyze your current eating habits and work out on account of its evaluation, and long-term solutions to optimally integrate healthy eating habits into your daily routine. By constructing a diet plans that accompany my clients when shopping as well as general information on a variety of compositions and ingredients of the different foods, I try to clarify the benefits and importance of a healthy diet.
