Cardiovascular training (CVT) in the broadest sense, is the entire range of endurance training together. This type of training focuses primarily on the prevention of the risk factors such as high blood pressure, obesity or metabolic diseases. But also contributes to the stabilization and improvement of already existing condition and to improve overall performance improvement. The benefits of a regularly conducted CVT are not only a better blood flow to the heart muscle, but also a decrease in resting and exercise heart rate, which leads to a commodification of cardiac work and thus a reduction of the total workload. Sports that are particularly suitable for this purpose are, next to jogging and swimming, biking or even walking. Based on heart rate monitors we constantly record your heart rate so we can work efficiently in your individual training zones. Get active; I will help you on this journey.
