Similar fat loss, the goal with building muscles is primarily not only a well-proportioned body, but also has a very high value for our health. Many chronic ailments, for example back pain can be alleviated by an efficient and effective muscle building workout not only, but they can also disappear. In 1 to 1 training, we make only an optimal design of individual exercises on the right intensities during training and thus achieve an ideal result while on the other hand we avoid injuries that would result from an incorrectly executed training. Particularly important is the continuous adjustment of the training program, as our muscles react only with the right stimulus and they adapt by growth. Special attention must also be paid to an adequate and optimal nutrition. Besides the right training and a desire righteous diet, enough time must be given for regeneration as the actual muscle growth begins and takes place only in the time between workouts.
